Whilst struggling through fertility treatment, artist Tricia Rose Burt suffered a dilemma; she wanted to get pregnant, but did she really want to have kids?

Scientists, writers, and artists take to the stage to tell stories about their personal relationship to science. On screen, it works by joining several smaller laser beams into one uber laser. But do lasers really work that way?
